My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room we stayed in left much to be desired with heating issues and cleanliness problems. The dining experience was also underwhelming, with cold food and limited options. Overall, I felt that the hotel could improve significantly in terms of maintenance and service delivery.
