a restful retreat
varied menu satisfactory dinner
the hotel was very well maintained. the room facilities enhanced our stay the restaurant provided a varied menu. breakfast and dinner were very satisfactory experiences there.
i found that upon arrival, no one was present at reception. i had to call for someone to come, a small inconvenience. this caused a slight delay in starting my stay.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and were consistently helpful. The breakfast options provided a satisfying start to the day. I found the spa facilities to be quite good and a welcome addition. The large room was clean.
I noted slight stains on the hallway carpet, however it did not affect my room.

The breakfast buffet had ample choices, it was well-stocked. My room included black out curtains that worked well. Staff members were polite and helpful. I appreciated their attitude.

mixed feelings about service and food quality
restaurant service air conditioning
i had a couple of issues . the lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortably hot. service in the bar and especially the restaurant wasn't great. i complained, but my concerns weren't really addressed. i was eager to leave the next morning (the heat was really bothering me).
